Midlife Warrior Cuisine:
All the drinks and food served will be plant-based, packed with nutrition, homemade and organic where possible. (If you have special dietary requirements we may be able to accommodate, so please let us know in advance).
In addition to being high quality food and prepared with love and care, the day’s menu will be tailored to the midlife woman, choosing ingredients that support the hormonal system.
Little Oldwick Barn is situated just 5 minutes from Goodwood and Chichester, set in the heart of the South Downs, West Sussex.
It is a 5-minute drive from the Chichester train station which has many good links to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and beyond.
There is ample free parking.

About Paula, the hostess, Midlife Warrior and cuisine queen:
Paula once held the British Windsurfing Speed Record in the 1980s. She has always been a keen sportswoman and tries to keep fit and active. However, the last few years have been difficult and not helped by big hormonal changes. Her focus is now to stay strong and empower others through healthy lifestyle choices.
About Jamie, yoga professional and healthy lifestyle crusader:
Jamie is a yoga teacher of international standing. She has been living her yoga for 17 years. Jamie is widely known for her caring, playful and down to earth approach. She encourages her students to build strong foundations in body and mind, using the latest biomechanic and embodiment techniques.
